We removed two walls to create a open floor plan. We moved one window and resized the other to acomodate the new layout. Expresso cabinets, white quartz, Viking appliances, Acacia hardwood floors, can lighting. 

Dining room

Open floor plan. 

Before

The house was built in the 70's and never finished. The space was small and dark even with two large windows. 

Mercer island

We removed the load bearing wall and incorporated the post into the island. We installed new flooring, lighting, shaker white cabinets, marblized quartz, and Viking appliances. 

Bellevue

We removed a non-load bearing wall to open the floor plan. We installed skylights, refinished the hardwood floors, expresso cabinets, marblized quartz, Thor appliances. 

Maple leaf

We created a new layout including double ovens and cooktop. We installed shaker white cabinets, marblized quartz, subway backsplash and refinished the hardwood floors. 

We transformed this galley kitchen into a functional entertaining space. We removed a non-load bearing wall, installed new can lights, cabinets, granite, flooring, and appliances. 

Kirkland

We removed a load bearing wall and placed the beam in the attic. The post offers support and electrical functionality. New cabinets, granite and appliances finish the space.
